Favorite world war 2 movies

My all time favorite world war 2 movie would have to be Stallingrad. Its a german film, following the lives of a couple of soldiers during the stallingrad battle, its a must see film.
Oh by the way its a remake of a 50's film so mahe sure u watch the 80's version.

Well its not really a WWII movie but... Apocalypse Now is a pretty good one...

Band of Brothers by far ! the best film I ever seen on ww2 based on realistic representation.

I also like Saving private Ryan , Das Boot, Ennemy at the gate, Cross of the Iron and Downfall

Nice iron, those are great films. speaking of Band of brothers, did u know steven speilberg and tom hanks made another mini series called the pacific. Its gonna be just like band of brothers except it takes place in the pacific, can't wait for this series.

my favorite scene in saving private ryan was when vin deasle was shot n killed. i hate that focking bustard.
