Bad Company 2: Squad Rush This sunday?

I was wondering if anyone is up to a 4v4 Squad rush this sunday at Montreal time GMT-5 1900??

cause if that happens... I won't be part of it... giving free kills due to very low fps is lame :-P

yea squad deathmatch will be better..

I'm just waiting to see what I'm doing this summer. If I'm staying in the city, i'll buy the comp before summer comes. If i'm leaving for the summer, then it'll be wiser to buy it after the summer.

oh no that sucks, did you crash?

I usually board in lake tahoe (i.e. northstar or Sierra tahoe) and there should be a storm coming in next week before the resorts close. but ya!

OH speaking of computer issues with battlefield. I would look at some computer components in April. Thats when Intel and AMD manufacturers release their 6-core cpu chips. And the quad core prices will probably be slashed to 15%-30%.

6 cores? I thought the next one would be 8 core with hyperthreading = 16x

Yea sorta crash, we got bad weather so all the powder snow melts away.. leaving only the base which is a thick layer of well compacted snow. Tried many 360 badly done.. landed on my left arm a few times. Once the adrenaline is gone, the pain starts!!!

i'm on my 3rd weeks of healing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw the video, and your spec , you got pretty good graphic card, but Battlefield Bad Company 2 requires also a good CPU.

Did you edit anything in settings.ini from battlefield bad company ? It looks like you changed all settings to low in game options, but game still works on directx 10.

If you will find settings.ini it should be in my documents/BFBC2/ Open it and make it look like that :

Thats right. Im waiting for the prices to calm down and finally upgrade for core i7.

I wonder if there is really a huge difference with hyperthreading in gaming... i heard its very minuscule. But when it comes to rendering i7s will shine. I have AMD quad 940 (worth $169 when i bought it back in summer 2009) and its an awesome processor (that is if you overclock it to 3.5ghz and a good after market cooler). ya man wait around april you should see some good deals. According to yahoo news (lol) there has been a historical trend that every April there is a release in new computer technology and price slashing.

I would get AMD if you wanna save some bucks just get a good cooler. If you have the money whose stopping you get an I7. Ive seen a lot of people with I7920 processors clocking at 3.8+GHZ! and its really difficult to burn your chip or reduce its life expectancy. Because most likely a lot of computer users will upgrade after 2.5-3years. BLAH BLHA BLAH BLAHhhh blah?

First post , thats what i was thinking to upgrade to . On this setup i can overclock to 4Ghz on air.

I know that AMD cpus are cheaper but i kind off stick with intel. Only thing i changed to AMD was my GPU ,was using NVIDIA for years now im on Sapphire HD 5870 . Works Flawlessly.

apologizes for derailing the topic but i just enjoy talking about overclocking and computer stuff. Im still relatively a noobie when it comes to overclocking but wow booting your OS less than 1.2 seconds and multitasking 4-7 youtube videos, photoshopping, word (hw), playing battlefield bad company, and only utilizing 60% of the CPU is just fascinating.

Yea the Noctua NH-D14 120mm & 140mm SSO CPU Cooler looks nice and small compare to some I've seen that is huge.
